Portrait of Amos Nesher

CTO · Entrepreneur · Technology Leader

Building technology, products and teams that turn ambitious ideas into reality.

I’m Amos Nesher, CTO and Co-Founder of Dreemz. I’ve spent my career building technology products, leading engineering teams, solving complex technical challenges, and working at the intersection of technology, product and business.

  • Over 26 years in technology
  • HP · Micro Focus · OpenText
  • CTO & Co-Founder, Dreemz
  • Engineering teams in Israel & internationally

Technology is only valuable when it creates something meaningful.

With over 26 years in technology, I’ve worked across development, architecture and technology leadership, including roles at global companies such as HP, Micro Focus and OpenText. Over the years, I’ve built products and systems from the ground up and led engineering teams in Israel and internationally.

My work has always lived at the intersection of technology, product and people. I enjoy taking complex ideas, breaking them into practical systems, building the teams around them, and turning them into products that people can actually use.

My experience spans software architecture, mobile and backend development, cloud infrastructure, AI, engineering leadership, product development and scaling technology organizations.

Today, much of my focus is on AI-driven products, scalable architectures and building technology that can move quickly without sacrificing reliability.

A large part of that work is hands-on: AI inside real products, AI throughout the development process itself, and agentic systems running in production — alongside a clear view of where AI genuinely accelerates things, and where architecture, engineering discipline and human responsibility still have to carry the weight.

Areas I work in

  • Technology Strategy

Connecting technology decisions with product and business goals.

  • Software Architecture

Designing scalable, maintainable systems and making pragmatic architecture decisions.

  • AI & AI Products

Applying AI to real products, workflows and user experiences — including AI-assisted development and agentic systems in production.

  • Cloud & Scale

Building reliable cloud infrastructure and systems designed to grow.

  • Engineering Leadership

Building teams, processes and engineering cultures that can execute effectively.

  • Global Engineering Teams

Building strong engineering teams across international markets — finding high-quality talent, creating effective team structures, and achieving excellent engineering capabilities with a significantly more efficient cost structure.

  • Product & Technology

Working across the boundary between engineering, product and business.

Building Dreemz

I’m the CTO and Co-Founder of Dreemz, a social platform built around dreams, goals, personal growth and mutual support.

Dreemz combines video, social interaction and AI to help people define what they want to achieve, share their journey and make progress together.

As CTO, I lead the technology behind the product — from mobile and backend architecture to cloud infrastructure, AI systems, engineering processes and technical strategy.

Sometimes, a second perspective helps.

I’m always happy to connect with founders and technology leaders, exchange ideas, and occasionally help think through challenging product and technology decisions.

This can include architecture, AI strategy, engineering organization, scaling challenges, building high-quality engineering teams in international markets, or the intersection between product and technology.

Often the conversation is simpler than that: whether an architecture makes sense, whether an MVP is really ready to become a product, whether a development partner is making the right calls, where AI genuinely belongs and where it doesn’t — and which decisions taken today tend to become expensive later. Founders and business leaders don’t always have someone they can ask those questions without an agenda attached.
